Biswa Kalyan Rath gets candid about Comicstaan

Stand-up comedian Biswa Kalyan Rath along with six other contemporaries turned judges for Comicstaan.and explains what is the show according to him. Biswa who is one of the best stand up comedians we have in India, shares his thoughts on being one of the judges on India's first stand up reality show. 

The median shares, "For me it is a mutual fund of comedy. I think if 10 walk together, they can create something great than an individual can create. The audience of course likes seeing competition so make them compete"

Amazon Prime Video's Comicstaan is jointly hosted by ace comedians Abish Mathew and Sumukhi Suresh. The show is winning hearts over with its high on laughter content. The makers have released 7 episodes till now and It has been loved by the audience because of its unique and fresh take on comedy.

Comicstaan brings together seven of India's best comedians -- Tanmay Bhat, Kenny Sebastian, Sapan Verma, Naveen Richard, Kaneez Surkha, Kanan Gill and Biswa Kalyan Rath. All the judges can be seen guiding, mentoring, and judging the budding talent, as they compete each week to win the coveted title.
