Shah Rukh Khan's latest film Happy New Year is on the verge of being his second film to cross the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office but the actor feels that the box office collections should be the only parameter to declare a film successful.

Talking about a film's success to a leading daily, Shah Rukh said that more than these 100-200 crore, it should be the number of footfalls that should be gauged for a film's success. SRK also feels that people should not aim at earning the money because not many of us have even seen Rs 100 crore or 200 crore at once. He believes that success of a film depends on how many people a star can reach out to with their films. For the actor, the formula of success is very simple. He says that if he reached out to 100 people with one film, he wants to aim at reaching 120 people with his next.

Well, with the industry going gaga about this new 100 crore-200 crore club, this certainly are positive words, that too coming from one of the industry's biggest superstars!
