Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan and his actor wife Sagarika Ghatge are the hottest couple in town these days.

After a lavish wedding ceremony, where stars like Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma danced the night away, pictures of Zaheer and Sagarika have been trending non-stop on social media.

Soon after the wedding, Zak, along with his bride, visited his in-laws in Kolhapur. While they were there, the duo also visited the Mahalaxmi temple. While Sagarika wore a bright red sari, Zaheer was seen sporting a white kurta. The legendary Indian fast-bowler also had a red tilak on his forehead at one point.

Sagarika, who made her acting debut in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chak De! India, recently clarified the misconception that she is the daughter of Bollywood actor Vijayendra Ghatge. “I think the confusion continues to thrive because some websites have got it wrong. They have mistakenly mentioned him as my father, when in fact, he is my uncle (dad’s cousin). My father’s name is Vijaysinh Ghatge.

"Yes, we belong to the royal family, but while we are descendants of Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur and members of the Kagal family, Vijayendra kaka’s mother belonged to the Holkar family," she told The Times of India.
