Shahid Kapoor got goosebumps while doing 'Kabir Singh' scene; amazed when fan caught it

Some months back, Shahid Kapoor's performance in Kabir Singh was widely appreciated. The actor gave it all, and that definitely worked for the movie, which went on to create magic in theatres for a long time, thus becoming the highest grossing film of 2019 so far.

In fact, while performing a scene for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga starrer, Shahid got goosebumps. The scene is where the character hears that he has turned father, when he meets his long-lost love, played by Kiara Advani.

Sharing the photo, his fan wrote, "When the actor brings the character to life and feels his emotions, the audience will be glued to the screen. @shahidkapoor actually had goosebumps when #KabirSingh got to know that he's going to be a father. Respect, Shahid."

Taking notice of that, Shahid went on to reply to the fan's post and wrote, "Even I didn’t notice that. The director Sandeep told me after he saw the edit. Amazing that you caught it."

Kabir Singh was the Hindi remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in lead roles. The movie, too, was helmed by Vanga.
