Revealed: Why Salman stayed away from Aamir’s Diwali bash!

Last year, Salman Khan was not in town for Diwali. This year he was, but he attended only selected parties. His outings were limited to three bashes this year. One was at his sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s house, then at his Race 3 producer Ramesh Taurani’s bash and his buddy Sanjay Dutt’s party. 

EARLY BB SHOOT

He was expected at Aamir Khan’s bash on Thursday night, but he couldn’t make it as he was at his Panvel farmhouse. Says a source, “Salman was to leave for Greece on Friday night. He usually shoots the Bigg Boss weekend episodes over the weekend in Lonavala, outside Mumbai. This time, he began early as he wanted to finish early and leave for the airport. Because of the early shoot, he decided to stay at his farmhouse, which is half-an-hour away from the location. 

FITNESS FIRST

Post the shoot, he left straight for the airport to fly to Greece to wrap shoot for Tiger Zinda Hai. The superstar was clicked at the airport with his TZH co-star Katrina Kaif on Friday night. Says an insider, “Even the parties that Salman went to, he stayed away from the bar and the buffet. 

Salman has to shoot a shirtless scene for TZH and he wants to look absolutely fit for the shot, which is why he didn’t stay long at the parties that he did attend. Next month, he begins Race 3, and he is in full fitness mode.” Now that’s what you call dedication!
