It's king of comedy, David Dhawan's 65th birthday. And to begin the celebrations, his son and actor Varun Dhawan shared a fresh poster of his 43rd film, Judwaa 2. The film which also marks the debut of this father-son jodi in b-town. Varun will be seen in a double role in this one. Playing the role of goofy and street smart Raja as well as prim and proper, Prem who is seen wearing spectacles.  One of the most awaited films of the year, Judwaa 2 will be released on Dusshera this year and the trailer will be launched in a grand way on August 21.

 

'Judwaa 2' is a sequel to David Dhawan's 1997 hit featuring Salman Khan, Rambha and Karisma Kapoor. The cast and crew of Judwaa 2 finished shooting the film a few weeks back, when Varun Dhawan shared a picture with an emotional note on Instagram, "Last sched for #judwaa2. The original was also shot in Mauritius so we just had to make a trip to the island for this one. The film has been shot in multiple locations but this trip was the most special everyone was there at the same time shooting for the last time. It's a wrap for #premmalhotra."

 

Judwaa 2 also boasts of a cameo by Salman Khan. Talking about the experience of working with Bhaijaan, film's lead actress Tapsee Pannu told Bollywood Life, " It's just one of the last scene of the film that we shot with Salman Khan and I was probably the only one around who never met him or worked with him before. So I was the quietest one on the sets, unlike other days. I myself went up to him, introduced myself, said hello, and got a picture clicked with him.
