The cops investigating the cheating in BSF Staff Selection commission are now probing the role played by two agents in recruiting the proxies. The police are on the lookout for two men, Rajendra and Balbir, the agents who hired the proxies, said the sources.

The cops have also set up three teams that will soon be visiting Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, the states from where all the accused belong.

Of the total 15 accused arrested in connection with the case, one fled from the Chiloda police station.

The examination for the post of Constable General Duty was held on August 14 for the candidates from Gujarat. All the accused appeared for the physical test instead of the original candidates, carrying fake Aadhar IDs.

Earlier, the paper leak in the Lok Rakshak Dal exams had also lead to a gang operating in Haryana. Cops are also looking to know if there is a connection between the LRD case and the BSF case.
