Batting first, Parkophene made a competitive total of 166 with the help of a half century from P Salunkhe. New Hind reached the target with the loss of four wickets.
With three points from this win, New Hind are leading the table with eight points, followed by MIG CC (7), Greater Mumbai Police Sports Club (6) and Victory Cricket Club (6).
In a B division match, G Kochrekar scalped eight for 36 to help Young Friends Cricket Club gain a first innings win over PJ Hindu Gymkhana.
M Singh’s impressive knock of 83 saw Islam Gymkhana beat United Cricketers in a Division C tie.
