Sudhir Vaidya named in Limca books for cricket score collection

Vaidya has been maintaining a hand-written collection of cricket scorecards and a compilation of cricket statistics for Tests, One Day, T20 and domestic cricket since the inception of three forms of cricket.

Veteran cricket statistician and scorer Sudhir Vaidya has got a mention in Limca Book of records for his compilation of cricket statistics since 1957.

72-year-old Vaidya, a resident of Thane, has been maintaining a hand-written collection of cricket scorecards and a compilation of cricket statistics for Tests, One Day Internationals, Twenty20 and domestic cricket since the inception of three forms of cricket.

His collection contains the record of over 1,800 Tests, 2600 One-day Internationals, 47 Twenty20 and over 5000 cricket
scorecards.
