Australian bowler Pat Cummins has vowed to reflect the
aggression and intimidation of his team-mate James Pattinson, when they partner to launch the bowling attack together.

''I've played a couple of one-dayers with 'Patto' and a couple of Twenty20s, but never opened the bowling with him. It'd be really exciting to be down the other end to him,” The Sydney Morning Herald quoted Cummins, as saying, referring to Pattinson.

“We're both classified as the young guys in the team so we definitely hang out in and around the games, and I obviously toured South Africa with him and we also had a couple of training camps up in Brisbane together throughout the off-season. So we've really got to know each other pretty well,” he added.

Cummins- Pattinson duo is expected to be together during the tour of West Indies after Pat Cummins has fully recovered with heel injury.

Cummins had earlier hogged the limelight by being named ‘Man of the Match’ in his debut Test match during Australia’s clash against South Africa in Johannesburg.

Though both Pattinson and Cummins can bowl at a speed of 150 kilometres per hour, the former also possesses accuracy alongwith pace, the paper reported.
