WWE Summerslam 2016: Full results of all the matches

WWE’s second biggest event of the year saw Brock Lesnar turn extremely savage to defeat Randy Orton by a technical knockout. Meanwhile, Finn Balor beat Seth Rollins to become the inaugural WWE Universal Champions, Dean Ambrose beat Doplh Ziggler to win the WWE World Championship, while AJ Styles beat John Cena. The event saw Nick Bella return from neck surgery in January 2016.

Sami Zayn and Neville defeated The Dudley Boyz in a tag team match

Sheamus defeated Cesaro in the first match in a seven match series

Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens defeated Enzo Amore and Big Cass in a tag team match

Charlotte defeated Sasha Banks (c)for the WWE Women’s Championship

The Miz (c) (with Maryse) defeated Apollo Crews to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship

AJ Styles defeated John Cena

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson defeated WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day by disqualification

Dean Ambrose (c) defeated Dolph Ziggler to retain the WWE World Championship

Nikki Bella, Natalya and Alexa Bliss defeated Becky Lynch, Naomi and Carmella in a six-woman tag team match

Finn Bálor defeated Seth Rollins to win the WWE Universal Championship

Rusev (c) (with Lana) vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE United States Championship ended in a no contest
