Australian paceman Mitchell Starc has made it in an otherwise unchanged Australian squad for the fourth Test against India at the SCG, as pace spearhead Mitchell Johnson is out of the team with a hamstring strain.

It would be the left-armer's 15th Test and the 11th time he has been recalled to the side in his stop-start career. Speculations had been rife about Josh Hazlewood in doubt for the team with soreness, however the big right-armer is ready to go, News.com.au reported.

Australia cricket team captain Steven Smith announced that Starc, Hazlewood and work horse Ryan Harris would make up the Australian attack, alongside spinner Nathan Lyon. Shane Watson was suffering from a stomach upset on Sunday but he would be fit to play and would retain his position at number three in the batting order.

The Australian squad for the SCG Test is: David Warner, Chris Rogers, Shane Watson, Steve Smith (captain), Shaun Marsh, Joe Burns, Brad Haddin, Mitchell Starc, Ryan Harris, Josh Hazlewood, Nathan Lyon.
