Former IPL commissioner posted the image of the letter on his Instagram account.

Former chairman of Indian Premier League, Lalit Modi, leaked the employment letter of former Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni on Monday on his Instagram account.
The offer letter comes from India Cements owned by former president of BCCI, N Srinivasan. The letter discloses the position offered to Dhoni in 2012, vice president - marketing with basic pay being Rs 43,000 per month.
Posting the image, Modi questioned the motive behind the employment of the cricketer who reportedly earns approximately Rs 100 crore a year.
Modi captioned the image - "It seems only in India contempt after contempt continues by the old guards of @bcci - How ? My best guess is northblock. But most puzzling is this employment contract of MSD - WHY ? he earns 100's of crores a year will he agree to be SRINI'S employee. bet there are many such contracts."
The letter also shows that Dhoni took a fixed dearness allowance of Rs 21, 970 per month and two special allowances of Rs 20,000 and 60,000 per month.
