Football world hails Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo on Twitter

Twitter was stormed with praises for Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo after he was awarded the 2013 FIFA Ballon d'Or in Zurich on Monday.

Ronaldo won the title for the first time since 2008 ahead of Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery.
