They say you can't put a price on love. Well… It seems like Tinder just did and it costs $7.99.

The new pay-to-win feature allows users to purchase ‘boosts’ that will push their profile to the front of the Tinder line for 30 minutes. The company says that this will give users about 10 times more views.

This could easily add up to a few dozen profiles swiping you and vice versa.

You can buy a single ‘boost’ for $7.99 (Approx Rs 530) or purchase them in bundles of five for $31 (Approx Rs 2,000) or 10 for $47 (Approx Rs 3,000) similar to Superlikes.

After your time expires, you can view how many people have visited your account. Every match you've made while you had this feature active will be marked with a purple lightning bolt.

Users that pay for Tinder Plus will get a free 'boost' every week.

The feature is currently being tested in Australia though the company has plans to launch the feature worldwide. Here's to hoping that love (or its substitute) is a little easier on the wallet when it launches in India.
