Creative launches ultra-light bluetooth headphones Sound Blaster JAM

Creative Technology Ltd today announced the launch of Sound Blaster JAM, a lightweight and powerful bluetooth headset with long battery life. The headset also doubles up as a pair of Sound Blaster audio-enhanced headphones when connected to a PC/Mac via USB.

The Sound Blaster JAM supports Bluetooth 4.1 audio streaming, allowing users to stream audio content from their mobile device wirelessly.  It also features Near Field Communication (NFC) connectivity for easy one-touch pairing.  The headset has a lightweight design, comfortable ear cushions, long battery life and button controls on the earcup. It also features powerful Neodymium drivers with a built-in microphone with noise reduction and acoustic echo cancellation.

Connect the Sound Blaster JAM via USB to a computer to listen to clear uncompressed digital audio playback and use the Sound Blaster’s SBX Pro Studio for Surround, Crystalizer, Bass, Smart Volume and Dialog Pluto customise your audio settings.  The headphones offer up to 12 hours of wireless playback, and a one-tap bass enhancement from the earcup control, which also has the main controls for the headset power, volume, bluetooth connection, audio play/pause and calls answering.

The Creative Sound Blaster JAM bluetooth headset, priced at Rs 3,499 will be available in India from the end of May on Amazon India, Flipkart and Snapdeal.
