Somnath Julka, a 51-year-old businessman and a resident of Sion GTB Nagar has, since last night, spent more than Rs 2.5 lakh buying expensive medicines for those who could not afford them.

Somnath Julka, a 51-year-old businessman and a resident of Sion GTB Nagar has, since last night, spent more than Rs 2.5 lakh buying expensive medicines for those who could not afford them.
“A few of my friends and I went to Sion hospital after getting news that blood would be needed to see the institution through this crisis,” he said. “We bought medicines worth Rs 1.6 lakh yesterday and worth Rs 40,000 today afternoon.”
