Major accident on Pune-Banglore highway; 11 dead

Satara: Eleven people were killed in a collision between a Mahindra pick up and a truck on the Pune-Banglore National highway on Friday morning.

The incident took place when the pick up truck which had twenty-two passengers hit a goods carrier truck at Perle Phata.

Out of the twenty two people on board, eleven died on the spot while others were severely injured. All Passengers were from Shikhrapur village in Pune
