The Airport police, along with the appointed watchdog, AA Khan & Associates, on Saturday seized a consignment containing over 3,525 high-end pirated DVDs, worth Rs3.52 lakh, at the domestic airport.

According to the police, the shipment was coming to the city from Bangladesh, via Kolkata. It contained discs of movies such as ‘SAW VI’, ‘Wrongton 3’ and ‘Law Abiding Citizens’, which haven’t been released in India so far. Babloo Kumar, Rajesh Gala and one Sirjee have been booked in this connection, and a manhunt has been launched to nab the trio.
