The arrest of lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has made skeletons tumble out of the call data record (CDR) closet investigated by the Thane Crime Branch. After Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the cops will now issue summons to actor Tiger Shroff's mother Ayesha Shroff, who is said to have got CDR against actor Sahil Khan.

On late evening of March 20, the Thane Crime Branch decided to summon Ayesha Shroff, wife of actor Jackie Shroff and mother of actor Tiger Shroff in the CDR (call data record) case. "During the investigation we learned that Ayesha had provided CDRs of her then business partner and actor Sahil Khan to Rizwan Siddiqui," said DCP Abhishek Trimukhe, Zone 1, Thane.

In 2014, Ayesha had filed a case of cheating against Sahil Khan at Bandra Police Station that he cheated her of Rs 5 crores, which was given by her for their business venture. "Rizwan Siddiqui was her advocate and she gave him the CDR to strengthen her case against CDR. We want to know from where did she obtained the CDR and, hence, will summon her tomorrow(sic)," said Trimukhe.

Though Siddiqui claimed during the investigation that he was in touch with Globe Detective Agency's Prashant Palekar to get CDR of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife, the cops think he is quite seasoned in obtaining CDRs for his clients.

On March 19, telugu actress Akruti Nagpal gave her statement to Thane Police that Rizwan had got CDR details of her to help her husband Anil Mistry in their divorce case.
