According to the notification, the principal district judge of Junagadh, RD Kothari, has been posted as the principal district judge of Surendranagar. While district judge KJ Thakker who is at present on deputation at the Ahmedabad family court as judge, has been posted as the prinicipal district judge of Ahmedabad (rural), the principal district judge of Kheda, AS Budhwani, has been transferred to Bharuch. principal district judge of Bharuch BM Modi has been transferred as principal district judge of Rajkot.
On the other hand, Surendranagar's principal district judge AP Thaker has been transferred to Junagadah. The additional district judge of Vadodara IJ Vora has been posted as the principal district judge of Patan. GN Patel who was officiating as the judge of the city civil court in Ahmedabad has been posted as the additional district judge Narmada. SJ Sheth, who was officiating as additional district judge of Vadodara, has been transferred to Kheda as the principal district judge.
While AD Mogal, who was officiating as the additional district judge at Surendranagar has been posted as additional district judge of Porbandar.
The HC has further notified that Mushtakali Saiyed has been posted as additional sessions judge of Kutch, while HP Baxi has been posted as additional sessions judge of Bhavanagar. RN Malik has been posted as the additional sessions judge at Ahmedabad (rural) and KB Gujarathi has been posted as the additional sessions judge of Panchamahals.
While CM Bhatt will be the new additional sessions judge at Kutch, AM Dave will take over as additional sessions judge at Vadodara. JJ Pandya who was officiating as second additional district judge of Ahmedabad (rural) has been posted as additional sessions judge of Surendranagar. On the other hand, VJ Mehta has been posted as additional sessions judge of Patan.
