A man was caught giving examination instead of his nephew in Jaisalmer during the Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) held on Sunday. The person held is himself a Grade-III teacher. The police arrested both the offender and the actual examinee. On the other hand, a person absconding in a cheating case was caught  giving REET exam in Barmer while youth was caught giving examination in place of the actual applicant in Jodhpur as well. At the same time, a student was also caught copying.

SP Gaurav Yadav was inspecting Jaisalmer’s government girls school high school examination center, during which a candidate was suspected as the picture on the admit card did not appear to be resembling the person who turned up to write the exam. On this, he directed Sadar Kotwali CI and Supervisor to check the identity card of the person after the examination.

After inspecting, it came to light that instead of the candidate Roshanlal Vishnoi, a resident of Khidrat tehsil Phalodi and his uncle Mahipal appeared in the exam. On this, the police registered a case in the Kotwali police station on the report received from the principal of Girls High Secondary School against Roshanlal and Mahipal Vishnoi

A person, who was absconding from three years in a case of cheating from Jalore, was caught while giving the exam in Barmer. In the Mahatma Gandhi School of Jodhpur, Pramod Kumar was caught giving the examination in place of the actual candidate.
