The extended preparations are done and with everything in place as planned, the BJP is all set to welcome today the party’s national president Amit Shah. On a two-day visit, he will be holding several meetings with the party workers and will also give them a direction in which they can carry out campaigning for the upcoming elections.
Shah will address the concluding session of the state working committee meeting and also address a workshop of social media volunteers that will be held at Raj Mandir cinema hall. There will be two sessions in the workshop. In the first session, BJP workers from media cells across the state will be participating and the second session will include social media volunteers.
The BJP has more than 7,000 social media volunteers in the state, who are not the office bearers of media cell. These volunteers are supporters of the BJP and they campaign in favour of the party on various social media platforms. Shah will address these volunteers in the second session of the workshop.
Moreover, Shah will reach Jaipur on Saturday afternoon. The party members are all set to give a grand reception in traditional Rajasthani style. More than 2,000 morcha workers wearing Rajasthani traditional apparel will welcome Shah at the airport and will perform aarti. Also, folk artists will perform folk dance outside the airport in Shah’s welcome. The party workers from different assembly constituencies will welcome Shah at seven locations between the airport and Totuka Bhawan.
