Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Diwali decided to drive his scooter in an effort to meet the people of the area. But, he chose not to wear the mandatory helmet. If that was not enough, he decided not to go with his security cover which could have easily resulted in any untoward incident.
A video clip which is being aired on local news channels shows the chief minister driving a two-wheeler without wearing a helmet. He has invited opposition flak for his actions.
