A shocking video of a man threatening a woman for feeding a dog inside a society and frightening a dog away has gone viral on Facebook.

Navneet Khurana, a dog lover was feeding a stray dog in her society when another resident in her building started arguing with her.

The man who identified himself as Retd Col SP Yadav​ first begins to argue with Khurana over feeding of the stray within the society premises. But even when Khurana tries to calmly reason with him he starts shouting at her calling her a "shameless", and a "mad woman and even threatens to "sort her out".

He later even throws a stone at the dog.

As per the Animal Welfare Board of India, one has to take the consent of the society members for feeding strays but it also makes it clear that the threatening of interfering with those caring for community strays is tantamount to criminal intimidation.
