HIV infected man forces himself on wife, gets kicked on private parts and dies

A 35-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday after her 47-year-old husband died when she kicked him on his privates. The incident occurred after the victim, a HIV infected man, forced the accused to have sex resulting in her kicking him, and subsequently his death.

According to reports, the deceased, Uday, a car driver with a private company, reportedly came on Sunday night and forced himself on his wife. As he was infected, his wife Nirmala resisted. He reportedly picked a fight that went on late into the night. Uday then tried forcing himself on her once again, following which she kicked him in his private parts, which resulted in his collapse. Uday was rushed to a nearby hospital by his wife and neighbours where he was declared dead on arrival.

“In her statement, Nirmala said that as Uday pestered her to have sex with him. She asked him to wear condom but he refused. She claimed that as he allegedly forced himself upon her, she kicked him and she did not intend to kill him. We are investigating further into the case,” an official said.

Meanwhile, Uday’s elder sister Parimala, in her complaint to the police, has alleged that Nirmala had extra marital affair with one, Chandu, and suspected that the duo might have murdered Uday. Based on her complaint, the police have also picked up Chandu for questioning.

Police said the couple were married for 17 years and have a 14-year-old daughter.
