Oscars 2018: Priyanka Chopra skips the 90th Academy Awards, here's why

The glittering ceremony of Oscars 2018 just came to an end and while a number of celebs dazzled at the red carpet, we surely did miss our very on desi girl Priyanka Chopra, at the Oscars red carpet this year. Ever since PC made her debut appearance at the Academy Awards red carpet, she's become one of the reasons why her fans look forward to the prestigious awards ceremony. 

This time, fans were left a little disappointed on not finding Priyanka at the Oscars red carpet. The actress had revealed the reason why she won't be attending the 90th Academy Awards on her Instagram page.

Priyanka wrote that she's too sick to attend the Academy Awards this year, but nonetheless, wished all her friends who've been nominated. She also shared her excitement to know the winners at Oscars 2018.

On a related note, it's been a while since we last saw PC at any of the award shows. THe actress has been giving a miss to quite a few of them. We wonder why? Meanwhile, Priyanka is busy shooting for the third season of her American TV series Quantico and her other Hollywood projects.
