While in the play categories, ?A Doll's House, Part 2? nabbed eight nominations, followed by ?Oslo? with seven.
James Earl Jones will receive the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre category.
Kevin Spacey will host the 71st annual event, presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
