Buzz is airing around Tollywood film circle is, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya will be seen as main lead in the Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster movie Premam. Parineethi Chopra, Dishang Patani, Umang Jain are under consideration for female leads in this film. Young director Chandu Mondeti, who recently debuted with a successful movie Karthikeya at Tollywood Box Office to direct this flick under Haarika & Hassine Creations. Produced by S.Radha Krishna (Chinna babu).

According to the source, the makers of this film are planning to give some additional changes to the script. One of the ace writer of Tollywood has already involved in the script work to transform the entire Kerala atmosphere nearer to Telugu nativity. After facing back to back flops at Box Office, the young hero now concentrated more on remake subjects. Currently Chaitanya was busy with Gowtham Menon’s project (remake of Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada in Telugu). After completion of Gowtham’s movie Chaithanya will start working on Premam remake from November. Bollywood actress Parineethi Chopra who is going to step as debut in Tollywood will be seen in Malar character. Official announcement and other details are yet to be known.

Originally, Premam was written & directed by Alphonse Putharen in Malayalam, stars Nivin Pauly, Madonna Sebastian, Sai Pallavi, and Anupama Parameshwaran in the lead roles.
