Felicity Jones enjoyed learning kung fu for 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story'

Actress Felicity Jones says she loved learning kung fu for her role in sci-fi Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The 32-year-old actress is essaying the role of Jyn Erso in the movie and she had to train hard for the physically demanding part, reported Female First.

"I've never done this level of physical preparation for something. Particularly for Rogue One where I was training every day and doing kung fu rehearsals on a daily basis, but that's part of the reason I wanted to do it, because it was very different from what I've done before," Jones said.

The movie is directed by Gareth Edwards and written by Chris Weitz and Tony Gilroy.
