Shakti Kapoor watched his daughter Shraddha's film Aashiqui 2 in a Delhi theatre and it went on to become a blockbuster. The yesteryear villain went on to watch Ek Villain in Dilli with the same result. Now he plans to repeat that lucky streak with Haider.

Adds the actor, "Delhi is a lucky city for Shraddha and me. I was born and brought up there. When Aashiqui 2 was to release, I was in Delhi for work and decided to catch the first-day-first-show there. At the time, there were only six of us in the theatre. The movie caught on and became a big hit. This year, I caught Ek Villain in Delhi the day it released, with my friends and family. I booked a whole theatre and two shows. Haider will have 80 of my relatives and friends in attendance at the screening at the PVR at Select City Mall in Delhi - one for the afternoon show and the other for the evening show. I feel it's my mother's blessings that are there for Shraddha when we watch her film in Delhi. My best friend Kuckoo Malik in Delhi also watches first day first show with me in Delhi. He is my lucky charm. Everyone wants to see Shraddha so now all shows are housefull!" laughs Shakti before signing off.

Shraddha confirms, "My father believes that every film of mine he watches in Delhi, becomes a hit! So he has gone to Delhi to watch Haider."
