Universal unveiled the title and first poster of Jurassic World sequel directed by JA Bayona of A Monster Calls.

Behold, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Another addition to Medieval title trend.

Earlier in March, Bayona had revealed the first look of the movie in which a little girl was surrounded by different skeletons and was involved in a staring contest with a triceratops skull!

The details about the child actor and the plot are under wraps, but producer and co-writer Colin Trevorrow, who directed the first instalment, promises that the sequel will be more suspenseful and scary.

"I don't think that bigger, better dinosaurs or bigger, more epic-in-scope action sequences are what people are necessarily looking for from this franchise and what they love about it.

"It will be more suspenseful and scary. It's just the way it's designed; it's the way the story plays out. I knew I wanted Bayona to direct it long before anyone ever heard that was a possibility, so the whole thing was just built around his skill set," he said.

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and BD Wong are returning for the sequel. They are joined by James Cromwell, Toby Jones, Geraldine Chaplin, Rafe Spall, and Ted Levine.

Best of all, Jeff Goldblum, who played the fantastic Dr Ian Malcolm, will appear in the follow-up of the 2015 film.

We will surely miss Irrfan Khan and his character Simon Masrani, the sole reason behind the resurrection of the park.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will hit the theatres on June 22, 2018
