At 21, Armaan Mallik becomes the youngest Indian playback singer to perform at the SSE Arena in Wembley in the UK.  And, that too, on his debut world tour.

The other two Indian playback singers to perform here of late, include Arijit Singh and Ankit Tiwari, both veterans of the game unlike Mallik, who’s only a few songs and a couple of years old in Bollywood.
We spoke to Armaan ,post his performance to gauge his emotions. He said, “It was all that I thought it would be. Crazy flashlights, a huge crowd, my loving #Armaanians (what his fan army calls itself) and of course, the support of my lovely and hard-working team!”
And the youngster gives credit where it’s due. “My parents have been a huge support for me throughout this tour. I don’t think it would have been possible without their guidance and love,” he insists.
And of course, he acknowledges his brother, composer Amaal’s contribution to being where he is today. He says, “It’s because of his melodies that I’m there on that stage today and singing my heart out.”
But the journey has only just begun for the grounded youngster. He concludes, “I would like to say I’ve accomplished quite a few unfulfilled dreams of my grandfather and father. But there’s an even more exciting path lying ahead of me. Can’t wait to tell whole world, Aa Raha Hoon Main.”
