Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to come together for Luv Ranjan's next, details inside

Well, we can't deny one bit that Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, together have a sizzling chemistry and everytime they have shared the screen space, it has been lovely watching them!

Films like Bachna Ae Haseeno, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha are classic examples of how the duo has created magic on screen and left the audience spellbound.

So, wouldn't it be wonderful if the two come together yet again and create the same magic again?

In the first episode of Koffee With Karan season 6, Karan Johar dropped a big hint when he said that Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are reuniting for a film, which is a big budget project. 

According to a report by Bollywoodlife, the film will be a two-hero project. 

The untitled film, which also stars Ajay Devgn, will be directed by Luv Ranjan, and will be co-produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series along with Luv Films. 

However, the lead actress opposite the Singham star hasn't yet been finalised.

Now that we know the star cast and the director, we must admit that the film will be nothing less than a blockbuster. Touted to be a light-hearted romantic entertainer, the film is set to go on the floors in 2019 and is expected to hit the screens in December 2020 during the Christmas weekend.

Coming back to Ranbir and Deepika, both the stars had a phenomenal 2018, thanks to the success of Sanju and Padmaavat, both of which crossed the Rs 300 crore mark at the domestic market.
