The big fat Bollywood wedding is definitely an affair to remember. Bride Sonam's 'veeres' Swara Bhaskar, Kareena Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Karan Johar not just were a part of the special occasion in her life but danced their hearts out to make it a memorable affair. Even before the couple ended the speculations around their marriage, paparazzi was parked outside Anil Kapoor's residence when the house was being decked up with flowers and lights, while Sonam began promoting her film 'Veere Di Wedding'

She also shared some never seen before picture from the wedding ceremony and is all praises for hubby dear.
Within two days of her wedding, Sonam Kapoor had to fly down for her Cannes red carpet appearance and Anand had no qualms about it. In her Instagram post, she shared a picture from the bidaai and captioned it with a snippet from the interview. She said, “Anand is so encouraging when it comes to my work that he didn’t blink when I told him I was flying to Cannes two days after the wedding or that I was getting into promotions straightaway. There was no argument, just acceptance—you gotta do what you gotta do.”
Anand Ahuja also had the most beautiful things to say about his star wife. He told Vogue India, “She gives me a lot of confidence. Sonam’s very black and white. She knows what’s wrong and what’s right and is not afraid to say it. I can see both sides of a story, but I often get stuck in the grey zone. I sometimes need to be able to say no, and Sonam gives me the confidence to do that, she supports me. She’s intuitive and patient, I second-guess.”
