Ekta Kapoor skips her birthday party to visit Tirupati

Birthday girl Ekta Kapoor is currently riding high on the success of her recent release Veere Di Wedding. While celebrations have been galore for the ace filmmaker, Ekta Kapoor chooses to visit Tirupati on her birthday instead of opting for the conventional celebrations.

However, instead of throwing a bash to celebrate her birthday, the ace producer will be visiting Tirupati temple as every year to seek the blessings of the Almighty. 

The Veere Di Wedding producer took to Twitter to share, "No party for tom! As always I’ll travel to TIRUPATHI today Alone n bring in my bday in front of d almighty! Come back for dinner with family tom! I get terribly reflective on bdays!"

It is a known fact that Ekta Kapoor is a staunch believer and seeks the blessings of the Almighty before every auspicious occasion. Even before the release of Veere Di Wedding, Ekta Kapoor visited Ajmer Sharif to pray for good fortune for the film.
