Disha Patani on taking gratification in receiving various pre-eminent roles after 'Malang' success

Disha Patani is an actress whose desirability among the audiences has only increased since her debut film. The actress played an enchanting role in her recent release Malang opposite Aditya Roy Kapur, Kunal Kemmu, and Anil Kapoor which turned out to be a successful film in the year 2020.

In a recent interview, talking about the success of her latest release, Disha spoke about the roles coming her way especially since Malang's success and said, "I am enjoying the diverse roles coming my way. The success of Malang is gratifying because I gave the nod in 10 minutes into the narration. It's not every day that you get a strong character like Sara, someone who exacts revenge."

“Nobody presents a girl like Mohit. Thanks to his wife (actress Udita Goswami) and daughter, he connects with women well and portrays them beautifully on screen. He is open to ideas and lets you tweak lines if he thinks it’s justified,” she added, gushing about director Mohit Suri with whom she will work in Ek Villain 2 as well. 

Before Malang, the actress was seen in Baaghi 2 opposite Tiger Shroff and even played a significant part in Salman Khan's Bharat. On the work front, audiences will see the actress in two films namely Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai opposite Salman and the recently announced Ek Villain 2, where she will share the screen with John Abraham and her Malang co-star Aditya.
