Dhadak Box Office: Janhvi Kapoor-Ishan Khatter's film passes the Monday test with flying colours

Debutants Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter's film Dhadak enjoyed a pretty good opening weekend and raked in a total of Rs 33.67 crore. While everyone was waiting to see if the film will be able to survive the crucial Monday test, the Shashank Khaitan directorial has managed to pass the first weekday with flying colours. On day four of its release, Dhadak managed to mint a total of Rs 5.52 crore, thereby taking the overall four-day total to a figure od Rs 38.19 crore.

The movie is now eying the Rs 50 crore mark, which is should be able to cross easily. The movie has received a good response not just from the movie buffs but also from the B-Town celebs. Both Janhvi and Ishaan's performance in the film has been much appreciated by the audience and the critics alike.

Friday: Rs 8.71 crore

Saturday: Rs 11.04 crore

Sunday: Rs 13.92 crore

Monday: Rs: 5.52 crore

Total: Rs 39.19 crore

Dhadak, is an offical adaptation of Nagraj Majule's hit Marathi film Sairat. While the original managed to cross the coveted Rs 100 crore mark at the box office, let's wait and watch if Dhadak is able to replicate the success.
