The seaport in Haiti's capital, damaged in the country's devastating earthquake, has reopened for limited aid shipments, the US Coast Guard said on Thursday.                                           

"We're are on our third vessel and the structural engineers have okayed this operation we are doing," said Lieutenant Commander Mark Gibbs.
