Saudi millionaire who claimed he 'tripped and accidentally penetrated teenager' found not guilty

In a shocking verdict, a 46-year old Saudi millionaire has been cleared of raping a teenager by the Southwark Crown Court after he claimed that he accidentally penetrated the 18-year-old after tripping and falling on her, says an India Today report. 

Ehsan Abdulaziz, a property developer was accused by the young girl of raping her while she was asleep on the sofa in his Maida Vale flat. She had met Abdulaziz in a fancy nightclub in August 2014. Her friend is an acquaintance of the businessman.

According to the report, he invited the women to join him at his £1,000-per-night table. He  offered them a ride back to his home in his Aston Martin. 

Once at his home, Ehsan and the teenager's friend went to his bedroom after having some alcohol, while the teenager slept on the sofa. 

According to the teenager, she was woken when she realised that Abdulaziz was forcing himself upon her. But the businessman claims that the young woman tried to seduce him after he went to offer her a T-shirt to sleep in or a taxi ride back home. 

The jury acquitted him in 30 minutes of deliberations inspite of his semen and DNA being found in her body. The millionaire reportedly gave his evidence in private by showing how the teenager put her hand behind his head to pull him towards her, leading to his fall.
