Rape-accused millionaire claims he fell on victim and accidentally penetrated her

If you thought the dog ate my homework or I just drank water and let the driver drive are bad excuses, then you've to check out this excuse by millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz accused of rape. The property developer claimed that he accidentally penetrated a girl when he fell on top. The 46-year-old met his victim at a nightclub in London, where she was with a friend.

The millionaire took both girls home and took them to to bedroom for sex, the court heard. The victim claims the next thing she remembers is waking up and finding him on top of her, forcing himself inside. According to The Times, Prosecutor Jonathan Davies told the court, “She woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina.” She said: 'What are you doing?' and he said 'It's fine', indicating that her friend was asleep."She got up to find her friend, tried to wake her but couldn't, she then tried to get out of the flat as quickly as she could."

Apparently, when he was arrested, Abudlaziz responded by saying: “She'll have to prove it.” The Daily Telegraph reports that Davies also told the court: “On this occasion he said after he had sex with the complainant's friend his penis was still erect and he had semen on his hands when he went into the living room.He said in the second interview that she pushed his hands down on to her vagina. He said that, "He did fall onto her and his penis may have penetrated her vagina."
