Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf lawmarkers exchanged bows and pushed each other around outside the National Assembly after a PML-N leader called PTI chief Imran Khan a "traitor" during the assembly proceedings.

PML-N Member National Assembly (MNA) Mian Javed Latif described Imran Khan as a "traitor" due to his remarks against the foreign players who had visited Lahore for the Pakistan Super League final last week.

The scuffle broke out between Saeed and Latif as both the lawmakers were exiting the assembly building following the NA session during which there was a heated exchange of words.

While commenting on the matter, Saeed claimed that the PML-N parliamentarians had also used derogatory and foul language against members of the PTI in the past.

Addressing a press conference following the scuffle, PML-N leader Talal Chaudhary said the PTI was not conducting its politics in a respectable manner, and added that the latter was narrow minded and frustrated just like their leader.
