Hailing the verdict by the International court of Justice in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, Baloch Diaspora France President Ali Akbar Mengal said "Today's decision is a victory for humanity."

Describing the ICJ verdict as a major victory for India and also a victory for justice and human rights, Mengal said, "The Pakistani government, intelligence agencies and army have been carrying atrocities and acts of genocide against the Baloch people.?

Urging the United Nations and the International community to understand the double game of Pakistan, Mengal said," Pakistan is a hub of terrorism as it is producing Islamic terrorism for the entire world .There exists thousands of training camps in Pakistan which are producing the next generation of terrorism."

Mengal demanded that Pakistan should be tried for genocide of Balochi?s in the International Court of Justice.

Referring to the Osama Bin Laden's compound in the Pakistan?s military academy, Mengal called upon the International community to take action against Pakistan which is promoting religious terrorism across the world and the terrorists who are operating under the patronage of Pakistan intelligence agencies.

The International Court of Justice on Thursday stayed the execution of former Indian navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistan military court on charges of espionage and subversive activities.

Citing a report by the Human Rights Watch, Mengal said that more than 20,000 Baloch people went missing.

Baloch people and activists have been consistently protesting against the CPEC, alleging that Pakistan is only concerned about exploiting the resources of Balochistan for Beijing and its advantage.
