Watch: Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak Tiwari finally makes her acting debut and she's a natural just like mom

Popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari's 18-year-old daughter Palak Tiwari has finally made her acting debut, but not in a film or television show as you'd expect, but in an advertisement. Proud mommy Shweta shared the TVC on her Instagram page. Sharing it, Shweta wrote: “ME = ‘Proud Mom !!!"

The teenager was earlier said to be making her film debut opposite 'Taare Zameen Par' child actor Darsheel Safary in a film called 'Quickie'. However, in June last year, Palak's  mother Shweta took to Instagram to refute the news and clear the air. 

Then she was also rumoured to have been appraoched for 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' and later 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke', which again turned out to be false. 

Shweta has always maintained that for her and Palak, education is of paramount importance. She had earlier written, “For the past few months I was constantly bombarded with questions regarding Quickie, and Palak’s debut. We really wanted quickie to be the way to go but the process was too protracted and Palak’s 12th grade has now begun. Therefore we decided it would be best if we retracted ourselves from the project since Palak’s education is of paramount importance at this point in time. We wish Oddball the very best, but sadly we had to come to this decision. However i assure you, Palak’s debut is soon enough.”
