Actor Erica Fernandes, who is all set to reprise her role as Sonakshi Bose in the third season of the hit show 'Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi', recently opened up on doing bold content for TV, why she agreed to do another season of the show, her take on doing reality shows and more.
In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Erica revealed that she is not open to doing bold shows and content and is quite open about her opinion on the matter. She added that while she has been offered several such shows where doing bold scenes was part of the script, she refused all of them since none could justify why such content was required to be part of the narrative. Erica said, "There have been shows that came my way and had bold content and I have said no to them because sometimes I feel they are forcefully added to the show to sell." She added, "I need logic to whatever I am doing and whatever is happening in the show. If it is genuinely required then that is a different thing and I might have to mentally prepare for it. But first I need to know why it is required in the show. So if no one is able to give me that answer then I don't think I will ever do it."
Talking about reality shows and being a part of them, Erica told the publication that though she would love to be part of 'Khatoron Ke Khiladi', 'Bigg Boss' is something she would never say yes to.
She said, "I am open to reality shows and I have been offered that too but sadly I have not been able to be a part of it. Khatron Ke Khiladi I would love to do it. But not Bigg Boss because it is not my cup of tea at all. That's something I would never do. I don't even watch it so let aside doing it."
