Diljit Dosanjh narrates his first flight experience!
Diljit talked about his early days when he began performing professionally. He usually travelled with well-known artists to open their shows. Once in Toronto for a gig, he saw a huge crowd in the arena and he’d never seen a crowd of that size before. Instead of singing, Diljit ended up screaming really loudly. Diljit revealed a very funny story about travelling to and from Toronto
It was his first time on a flight. The seats were full, so the airline upgraded him to first class. At the time, Diljit thought that the entire plane looks like how the first class scene was. He had no idea about the Economy section which is usually ‘tighter.’ He travelled luxuriously, performed and while returning, received an Economy ticket. This is when Diljit was baffled about how the flight had now changed. The staff was the same on this flight. But when he was sitting in first class, they had asked him who he was (his companions had said they were ‘India’s Michael Jacksons’.) But when he saw the same staff in the economy class, he spent the entire journey hiding his face.
