In case you missed KKK8 last night...
With finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 drawing near, the contestants have become emotional about their journey of fighting fears on the show. Last night's episode saw Hina Khan getting emotional about how each time she performed well with a stunt, other contestants felt it was purely luck. Nia and Rivik tried calming down Hina and defended themselves by saying they didn't mean it. But Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress is determined to win the show.
Hina, Nia and Monica teamed up for Task 1, which was about driving the car in reverse and to pass the route without hitting the cones placed as hurdle. Hina went in first but despite starting off on a great note, she failed to complete the task. Next was Monica’s turn who confessed in the beginning that she is used to driving an automatic. She didn’t even know what’s the use of a clutch in the car, yet decided to take up the challenge and performed with much confidence. She couldn't complete the task till the finish line. Last was Nia’s turn who claimed to be a good driver. Well versed with her driving skills, she also had an advantage considering both Hina and Monica couldn’t complete the task. Nia performed best in this task and teamed up with Ravi for the next.
Lopa, Ritvik and Shantanu teamed up for the second task. In this contestants had to find the keys in a box filled with crabs and open the locks. Lopa went in first but aborted the task within 3 minutes. Next was Ritvik who completed the task in no time. But, Shantanu was the one who ensured to win over time by completing the task within 1.18 seconds and qualified for the climax task with Nia and Ravi.
Climax task had put Nia, Ravi and Shantanu to test and decide upon the first finalist on the show. The contestants had to go from one sky scrapper to another with the help of just 2 slabs and a thin path of rope for support. Ravi went in first and despite his fear of heights completed the task within the given time. Nia surprised everyone, the only girl competing against, Ravi and Shantanu won the task and became the first contestant who got the ticket to KKK8 finale.
