Deepak Thakur and Kriti Verma defend their petty thievery act (Deepak and Nirmal Singh had stolen Dipika Kakar's roses in the captaincy task to make Kriti win). Deepak tells Kriti that it was Romil Choudhary's idea to hide the roses in the bathroom. Kriti slams Romil for acting like a peace-maker in front of others while in reality, it was him who actually gave this idea to Deepak. Romil asks her not to stretch the matter and congratulates her for becoming the first captain of the house.
Kriti and Roshmi assign Saba, Somi Khan and Karanvir Bohra the responsibility of storeroom and bathroom. Saba says she wants the kitchen to be assigned to her. Kriti says she can't do that as of now. Saba says she will not work in any other section.
Sreesanth gets emotional and starts crying thinking about the commoners' behavior. Dipika Kakar, Karanvir and Jasleen Matharu comfort him by reminding him about his wife and daughter.
Day 5 begins with all the contestants dancing to 'Hum Tum Ek Kamre Mein Bandh Ho.' Romil Choudhary tells Sourabh Patel that he needs to start playing the game at the forefront. Sourabh says he will play the game as he feels right as he doesn't want to hurt anyone. Saba and Somi Khan decide to irritate Kriti in order to prove her a bad captain.
During breakfast, Kriti requests Saba to pass sugar-free. Saba refuses to pass it and asks her to get it on her own and not behave like a queen. Kriti gets into a verbal spat with Saba over this.
Bigg Boss asks all of them to nominate a single contestant and a jodi contestant to be sent into the jail. Anup Jalota and Karanvir vote for Dipika as she lost the captaincy task because of her own foolishness. Other contestants nominate Romil Choudhary-Nirmal Singh for not helping them enough in the household chores.
Karanvir tells everyone that he wants to take some rest as he has already worked a lot and hence he would like to volunteer to go to the jail. Romil and Nirmal also accept it and playfully request all of them to send Karanvir inside the jail with them because he won't enjoy anyone else's company.
While explaining their decision, Dipika and Srishty say that Karanvir had slept twice in the day. Deepak says he didn't like Karanvir's usage of the word 'class' after losing the captaincy task. Karanvir asks them when did he use it. Roshmi and Deepak remind him how he said that he can't stoop down to their (the ones who stole Dipika's roses) level as that's not his class. Karanvir agrees to using the word and says he still stands by it.
Karanvir says he was really hurt when Kriti told him, 'Don't touch me' while he was trying to get Deepak and Nirmal out of the bathroom. He clarifies it is then when he said, it's not his class to touch women in the wrong way. Kriti announces the final names.
Upset by the basis of their decision, Bigg Boss directly nominates Karanvir, Romil and Nirmal for next week's evictions. Everyone gets shocked. Shivashish pulls Nirmal's legs for being the first person to enter the jail despite being an inspector himself.
Kriti opens the jail for the three of them. Deepak advises Romil to act innocent and behave as if he is genuinely guilty of not doing enough work. Dipika tells Nehha Pendse that if there is someone who genuinely deserved to go then it's Sristy as she is not making enough efforts to mingle with people.
Anup Jalota tells Nehha that he feels Srishty and Roshmi Banik are the weakest contestants. She hears him out patiently. Saba tells Jasleen that Deepak is spreading rumors against them. Jasleen calls Anup and asks him to take a stand. He says let him say whatever he feels like. Jasleen goes and speaks to Deepak and asks him not to stretch the matter. She tells him that Anup genuinely felt Roshmi and Kriti were more deserving. Deepak tells her that Anup has himself admitted that he wanted Dipika to become the captain. Jasleen calls Anup to clarify.
Urvashi goes and confronts Saba and asks her why did she have to bitch about Deepak to Jasleen behind his back. Saba tells her she is mature and asks her not to advise her on what to say to whom.
Deepak has an emotional conversation with Sristhy. He tells her why he likes her the most amongst the celebrity contestants. Sristy starts crying and tells him how she had been feeling lonely all this while. Nehha comes and requests Srishty to clear the garbage bag.
Dipika comes and tells Nehha that the garbage bag and sink are still not cleared. They decide to do it themselves. Srishty sees them cleaning it and says why couldn't they have waited for her to complete her conversation. Nehha says she had already waited for a long time.
Nehha tells Dipika how Sristy reacted when she saw her cleaning the garbage bag. Dipika tells her that Srishty gets offended very easily. Nehha tells her that she feels Sristy is deliberately distancing herself from them. Meanwhile, Srishty cries her heart out in front of Urvashi.
Somi goes and gives Romil his toothbrush, deodorant, and sanitizer. Kriti sees that and stops her from helping the prisoners. She requests her to ask her in future before she gives them something. Somi says she doesn't feel she did anything wrong as she has not given them any luxury item. She says she doesn't feel the need to ask her before taking decisions and hence she won't. Somi goes bitches about Kriti to Romil.
