But when rumour mills decided to go overboard with stories about how Ekta Kapoor is threatening the channel to announce Vikas Gupta as the winner, soap queen decided to give them a piece of her mind. Ekta is is quite miffed by such reports as she feels Vikas Gupta can win the show on his capabilities.
Ekta Kapoor took to Twitter to vent out her frustration and wrote, “Can pls someone stop this! @lostboy54 will win on his capabilities! N stop using my name".
At a press conference for Naagin 3, Ekta Kapoor lashed out media once again and said, “I am doing lot of meetings with Colors TV to negotiate the budget of Naagin 3 and not to make Vikas win. He will win the show on his own Kabliyat. Let’s not take away his hard work from him."
Bigg Boss 10 finalist Manu Punjabi feels he doesn't stand a chance with popular TV bahus, Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde in the house. In an interview he told IndianExpress, “Vikas has been the true mastermind in the game. I really wanted him to win but with Shilpa and Hina against him, it looks a little difficult for him. This is why I feel he should be the one, who steps out with the money bag. That way he will end his journey in the show on his own terms. He has used his mind throughout and without an iota of doubt, he should go ahead and not worry about what his fans would think. That way he will prove, he is indeed the mastermind of Bigg Boss 11."
