Brighter side of the story remains that unlike Hina Khan who is being criticised by her own actors from her TV industry, Shilpa Shinde has her share of well-wishers who want her to win the show.
Actor Ujjwal Rana is one such name. The actor is often seen cheering for Shilpa on social media and even shared an old footage. The 2004 video shows Shilpa Shinde in a house party with her colleagues Shielly Shukla, Chetanya Adib and Chandan K Anand. The actress can heard making fun of the items on the food table while everyone is laughing at her. Ujjwal even wrote a heartwarming post saying, ''People say... she is fake...problematic...flip...unconcern...unprofessional...People who know her... she is kind hearted, emotional,strong, self respected…Professional, concern to her surroundings...real fighter... and above all...a good human being,'' he wrote.
A few days back evicted contestant Benafsha Soonawalla also posted a heart warming post for Shilpa Shinde. She wrote, " I WISH so bad that I could take the last week back when I was mean to her.
I don't care about people hating and saying I completely changed sides after coming back, had I known how much you and Vikas looked out for me in the show, the wrong things would've never happened. It takes a lot to apologise and accept mistakes, and I was in tears when I saw how much you cared.
Still wish I could come and just hug you and say sorry once, that would be enough redemption."
